Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of Hitgoc's digital marketing services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If representing a company, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
Services Provided
Hitgoc provides digital marketing services for travel and tourism businesses:
Website Development
Next.js travel websites with booking systems
Booking Funnels
Conversion-optimized lead generation
SEO Services
Travel-focused optimization
Digital Advertising
META & Google Ads campaigns
Client Obligations
Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate business details, assets, and credentials
Timely Payments: Make payments per agreed schedule
Platform Access: Grant necessary access to META, Google Ads, hosting, etc.
Compliance: Ensure all content complies with laws and platform policies
Payment Terms
Billing
- • Monthly retainers billed in advance on the 1st
- • Projects: 50% upfront, 50% on completion
- • Ad spend paid directly to platforms
Late Payments
- • Payment due within 7 days of invoice
- • 2% monthly fee on overdue amounts
- • Services suspended after 7 days overdue
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you own custom deliverables (websites, content, graphics). Excludes third-party tools and frameworks.
Hitgoc Property: We retain our proprietary methods, tools, and templates. We may showcase work in our portfolio.
Disclaimers
No Guaranteed Results: We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversions, or ROI. Performance depends on market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.
- • Not liable for third-party platform changes
- • Not responsible for account suspensions
- • Not liable for hosting/technical issues by third parties
Termination
By Client: 30 days written notice required. See Cancellation Policy for refund terms.
By Hitgoc: Immediate termination if payment overdue 30+ days, Terms violated, or illegal activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hitgoc is not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- • Third-party platform changes or failures
Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 6 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved through good faith negotiations, then binding arbitration if necessary.
